In Venice San Rocco, ai Frari, a luxurious apartment...
Our apartment is situated in front of the famous “Frari” church and next door to Scuola San Rocco. This is a very central location, about 5 minutes to the San Tomà boat stop stop, 10 minutes to the Rialto Bridge, 15 minutes to San Marc’s square.
From one side of the apartment, there is a beautiful view of the Frari church and the San Rocco church. From the other side, there is a very pleasant view of a little square (campiello San Rocco), with a glimpse on a canal...
It is about 120 square meters, full of light and newly restored. It is part of an old Venetian house, on the 2nd and 3th floor of the building (there is only one other apartment in the house).
On the second floor, there is a living and eating room, a large kitchen where you can easily eat in five, a double bedroom and a bath room with shower. On the third floor under the roofs, there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with Jacuzzi.
You will find every comfort you might need, like dishwasher, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, Jacuzzi, microwave, American fridge with ice maker, TV, phone, etc...
Most of the furniture are antiques and there are some beautiful Italian paintings. Because of the value of the furniture, we always ask our guests to give us on arrival a deposit of US$ 500 as caution money, should there be any damage. We will return this deposit on your departure day.
The price for a one week stay it is in Euro 1.300,00. Heating, air conditioning and phone are extra.
